Imperial Blades-Milwaukee Tool

A local industrial R&D company, creating parts for multi-tool functions, was looking to double their manufacturing square footage. After the Agreement was approved but prior to construction, Imperial Blades was bought out by Milwaukee Tool for the proprietary manufacturing of the multi-tool parts. The expansion occurred in January of 2020 and in 2022, Milwaukee Tool leased an additional 250,000/sf of space to expand their operations in Sun Prairie.
