Adjacent to the JW 537 building, the same owner a former single family home turned commercial building for a second multi-tenant space. The project was to grow their own business while providing smaller individual tenant spaces. The project furthered the Central Main Street Plan by eliminating Main Street access, providing easements for shared parking between existing properites, and utitilzing shared stormwater.
