An infill site that had previously been home to various industrial commercial tenants (most recently a former boat repair shop), allowed for a 74-unit multi-family building and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The multi-family component utilized WEDA 4% tax credits, City of Sun Prairie public investment, and investment from a local philanthropist.
