Park 151

Interstate Partners, a Milwaukee area developer, purchased approximately 90 acres on the City’s southwest side for industrial development. Park 151 consists of five buildings with industrial leases, and one Build-to-Suit which is home to Sanimatic. Infrastructure installation and building construction started in 2017 and the building was fully built out and leased by the end of 2024. The project was made possible using tax increment financing for infrastructure installation, resulting in over $60M in new value added in less than 10 years.
