This project is located at the center of Sun Prairie, at the Corner of Bird and Main Street. The site had a vacant restaurant and several non-conforming tiny rentals. The development provided 100-units of affordable senior housing within the Central Main Street Corridor, providing seniors access to a variety of services along the Sun Prairie bus route.
